3/1 Whole Life Wednesday
Did you know that Jason is a professional filmmaker? He takes pictures of beauty regularly. His specialty is natural history.
It's Whole Life Wednesday and this week's practice is to stop and see the beauty in the world. The instructions are simple:
"Like so many of the other things we might rush past, beauty is one of those things that doesn’t typically wind up at the top of our priorities. There’s a reason people say, “Stop and smell the roses.” We don’t often do it!
Gymnastics Pressing Progressions
Every 2 mins for 20 mins, alternate between:
3 Deadlifts, pick load
3 Push Press, pick load
These should be heavy, aim for about 85% of your 1rep max for each lift. You get two barbells. The push presses come from the floor. We are building strength, stamina, endurance and power. Good luck!
