Today is the first 2016 Row'd Royalty workout. Row'd Royalty is a 4 week indoor rowing competition. Workouts are released every Thursday at 6pm and we will do them in the gym every Friday. Last year we had 10 people on our team, and we finished strongly in the team competition. We want YOU to be on our team this year! We need 4 women and 4 men for our team. You are going to do the workout anyway, so you might as well be in our team! Row'd Royalty is fun because it's accessible to everyone. All of us can row!
