Dr. Phil, Coach James and Trevor keep their eyes on the prize at our very first Baseline & Beers back in Jan. 2015. What started as a celebration of the end of the Fitness Testing Week has turned into a fun community event. We hope you'll join us!
We hope you'll join us tonight at 5:30pm for our FREE class! We'll be running the Baseline in heats of 5 starting at 5:45pm. Get over to the gym when you can. Don't worry about being late. We'll have free beer. Tonight's 5:30pm class is free for everyone! Bring a friend! Today's Workout Baseline for time: 500m Row 40 Air Squats 30 Sit-ups 20 Push-ups 10 Pull-ups The Baseline is a very fast and very short chipper. Good times are sub 6 mins for women and sub 5 mins for men. There is no pacing this workout. It is an all out sprint after you're done with the row. Row fast, but don't go for a new 500PR (unless that's your #podiumweek goal) after you get off the erg shake our your legs and squat FAST! Shake your legs again after 20 reps and KEEP GOING!
