New Year Healthy Habits ChallengeThe COVID pandemic has challenged us all on so many levels. The biggest disruption had been to completely upend our routine. Most of us have seen our healthy habits go out the window. We eat more. We drink more. We sit more. We do a lot less, more.
We are, once again, partnering with the smart nutrition coaches at 406 Barbelle to offer a 4-week New Year Healthy Habits Challenge. The challenge starts Jan 4, 2021. This challenge is less about counting your macros or weighing and measuring your foods and more about establishing healthy habits like eating more vegetables, eating more protein and drinking more water. How about that?!? A nutrition challenge that focuses on eating and drinking MORE not less. Sign me up! We are only taking 8 (EIGHT) people for this challenge, so be sure to let Coach Leslie know if you want to sign up. She will put you in contact with Coach Audy.
