What brings you into the gym? We are all motivated by different things. But, all of us have CrossFit and yoga in common. We sweat, growl, run, row, jump, squat, lunge, and lift and throw heavy things together. We twist, bend, stretch and expand our minds together. We do these things to be better - better humans, better spouses, better fathers, better mothers, and better friends.
