11/8 Saturday - An Uphill Run
Today we are running our one mile time trial. We last ran this mile on Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13. This is our challenge workout for the Whole Life Challenge. Meet at the gym and we'll carpool to the starting location for the run. Good luck!
