Today is the end of the Fall 2014 Whole Life Challenge and we are running our one mile challenge WOD. Meet at the gym and we will carpool to the start location.
The Fall 2014 Whole Life Challenge was an 8 week challenge that incorporated nutrition, hydration, exercise, mobility, supplements, lifestyle choices, and daily reflection. We will announce the winner sometime next week. The winner is based on a combination of daily scores, challenge WOD improvement and body composition improvement.
Nearly everyone who participated this fall is interested in doing the challenge again in January. We will form an official True Spirit team. Are you in?
Speaking of teams, we are also forming a True Spirit team for Huffing for Stuffing. Have you registered? Forms are in the front room.
