We are starting our final Wendler cycle this week. At the end of this, our third, cycle we will be retesting our strength with CrossFit Total. I'm so excited for this! How about you? Have you enjoyed doing the Wendler program?
Today's mobility work is on our posterior chain for better deadlifting mechanics. Spend some time before class or at home, getting into these mobility positions. It will make you a deadlifting rockstar! Deadlift Wendler Week 3.1 5 reps @ 50% 3 reps @ 60% 5 reps @ 65% 5 reps @ 75% max reps at 85% As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 12 min of: 8 Thrusters 105/75# 16 Ring Pushups 24 Sit-ups Come to our mobility class tonight at 6:30pm. Dr. Phil Cameron, Chiropractor and Applied Kinesiologist at the Bozeman Wellness Center, and Coaches Leslie & James will be teaching a one hour class on mobility. In this free class you will learn why you need to do mobility exercises and how to use a foam roller, lacrosse ball and band to deal with the issues in your tissues.
