Workout of the Day: Cindy As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 20 min of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats Cindy is a classic "Girl" WOD that was debuted by CrossFit on Jan 15, 2005. Scrolling through the CrossFit WOD archives is super fun! Check out all of the gymnastic progression that are prescribed. Many of the skills look like stuff we work on in our yoga classes as well. Greg Glassman was a gymnast before he was injured and gives high value on gymnastic movements as well as picking heavy things up off the floor. Expect to see a bit more gymnastic progression at True Spirit! We have so many awesome upcoming events! Check 'em out:
